根据《徐州医科大学关于招收和培养外国留学生管理办法》（徐医大字[2011]41号），对于未能按照要求到校完成注册且未书面向学校说明理由以及不按规定参加学校规定的教学活动的学生，学校将予以退学处理。

下列留学生已违反上述规定，且通过多方联系后仍未取得联系。经学校校长办公会研究决定，拟对ADITYA REDDY BASANI等17名留学生予以退学处理，特此公示。如有异议，请于即日起10日内，通过书面形式向国际教育学院申诉并提供相关证明材料。

  According to the Administrative Measures of Xuzhou Medical University on Recruitment and Training of International Students, who fail to complete their registration on time and fail to explain their reasons in writing to university and who do not attend classes prescribed by the university for a certain period of time, will be withdrawn.
