Once you have confirmed your travel dates and time to the University, please upload the detailed arrival information through the online system template.

        We offer airport pickup service togroupnew international studentsonly (more than 15 students together).This service is available to new students for the first time. If you would like to book a pickup service,complete the online application. Applications for the airport pickup service for new international students need to be made at least seven days before your departure. If your flights change, you may change your existing booking details online up to 72 hours before your arrival. No changes can be made online within 72 hours of your arrival.Returning students are not eligible for this service.

        New student coming alone could contact teacher or volunteers in the current year for help. According to actual condition, teacher or volunteers might provide airport pickup service, but new student him/herself will afford the expenses incurred.
