全体外国留学生：

Dear all international students,

        冠状病毒肺炎情况仍在不断变化。就当前发展形势而言，防控手段已经全面升级。我们既不要过分恐慌，也不能掉以轻心！还是要强调积极预防。

Coronavirus pneumonia is still changing. As far as the current development situation is concerned，the means of prevention and control have been upgraded in an all-round way.We should neither panic excessively nor take it lightly! We still need to emphasize active prevention.

        在此呼吁全体留学生，请同学们在寒假期间注意安全健康，提高传染病预防意识，并遵守以下规则：

We calls on all international students to take good care of your personal health and safety and to have a strong awareness of infection prevention. Follow the regulations below:

        1.在校学生凭校园卡进出学校；最好不要离开校园，学校超市将按时营业保障需求(每天11:00-13:00 and 17:00-19:00)。晚上10点至早上6点禁止任何学生进出宿舍楼；严禁将校外人员带入校园和宿舍；假期回国的学生禁止在2月21号前返校。2月24日开始上课，如有变动，另行通知。

Students should enter and leave the school with a campus card. Do not to leave the campus at any time, the university supermarket will open on time to meet the needs. (11:00-13:00 and 17:00-19:00 every day)

From 10 p.m to 6 a.m everyday, no one is allowed to enter or leave dormitory. It is strictly forbidden to bring off-campus personnel into the campus and dormitories. Students returning to the country during the holidays are not allowed to return to the school before February 21. Classes will begin on February 24; if there is any change, we will inform you as soon as possible!

        2.外卖、快递人员禁止进入学校，请在学校北门进行交接，但需要戴好口罩，回来后洗手消毒。

Takeaway and express delivery personnel are forbidden to enter the school, please hand over at the north gate of university. But you must wear the mask and wash the hands after returning.

        3.建议目前在中国旅游的留学生于2月21日后返校，提前返校的，需接受医学隔离，观察14天无异常后方可回学生原宿舍入住。

For the students who travel in China during the holiday, we suggest you come back after Feb 21. If you come back before Feb 21, you will be uniformly arranged medical isolation. After 14 days of observation, there will be no abnormalities before returning to the student's original dormitory.

        4.要求回自己国家的，需首先征得家长同意，提交申请给学院，获得批准后方可离校。旅途中做好自我防护，达到目的地后建议居家隔离14天，如果发热咳嗽等不适症状，马上向当地医疗部门报告。

If you want to return to your home country, you must first obtain the consent of your parents, submit your application to SIE, in order to get the approval. During the journey, protect yourself carefully according to No.4 below. It is recommended to stay isolated at home for 14 days after reaching the destination. If you have a fever, cough or other discomfort, report to your local medical department immediately.

        5.建议同学们尽量不去人员密集的地方（如医院、火车站、机场等），特别是走亲访友。尽量不去其他城市，尤其是武汉等疫情高发地区。避免相互串宿舍、在宿舍内聚会等，以免交叉感染。避免与有发热及咳嗽、咯痰等呼吸道症状的人密切接触。如遇特殊情况必须外出，请戴口罩。勤洗手，室内每天通风至少半小时，多喝水。如有发烧(37度以上)，胸闷，呼吸困难等症状及时就近就医，并及时告知老师。没有此类病症的留学生尽量不要去医院。

Students are advised not to go to areas which are crowded (such as hospitals, train stations and airports), especially not to visit friends who are in areas with severe epidemics. Please do not go to places such as Wuhan where diseases are spreading quickly.

Avoid visiting other rooms，or getting together in a dormitory，in case of cross infection. Please avoid close contact with people who have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough and expectoration.

For international students who must travel under special circumstances, please wear masks outside. Wash hands frequently, ventilate indoors everyday for at least half an hour and drink plenty of water.

If you have fever (above 37 degrees), chest tightness, dyspnea and other symptoms, go to hospital and inform the teacher immediately. If you don't have the above mentioned symptoms avoid going to the hospital.
