In order to standardize the internship and graduation management for international students, according toRegulations on Internship and Extension of Graduation for International Undergraduate Students of Xuzhou Medical University (Trial), the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1.Those who are doing the internship in non-appointed hospitals intend to complete and come back forgraduation in June, 2020 (or December, 2020),must apply fromMarch 9, 2020 to March 23, 2020( or September 7, 2020 to September 21, 2020)to SIE（School of International Education）for participating in the graduation examinations.

2)Students who have completed the internship shall participate in the graduation examination, and will be conferred with graduation and degree certificates if they pass the graduation examinations and meet the relevant requirements.

2.Those who have been approved to do the internship innon-appointed hospitals but are not able tocomplete it due to various reasons, can reapplybeforeJanuary 6, 2020to SIEfor doing the internship in appointed hospitals.Students need to pay 20% of the tuition fee which will be charged as internship deposit (not refundable), this can be offset as tuition fee after the internship registration.

3. The longest duration of clinical medicine undergraduate programfor international students in our university is 9 years. All students shall not exceed the longest duration; otherwise they will not be conferred with graduation and degree certificates.

2012 Batch:June, 2021

2013 Batch: June, 2022

2014 Batch: June, 2023

Latest time to apply for doing the internship inappointed hospitals:

2012 Batch:before January 6, 2020

Note: If 2012 batch student can’t start the internship before May,2020 in non-appointed hospital, this is the last chance to come back to our school to complete the internship in appointed hospital.

2013 Batch: January, 2021

2014 Batch: January, 2022
