On Sunday the 18^thof October, the international studentd's and Chinese students drew closer together the in best way, through friendly competition. The football match between international students and Chinese students kicked off at 3:30pm and fans witnessed a wonderful display of good football and good sportsmanship from both teams, with no fouls committed for the entire duration of the game.

The game ended 6-2 in favor of the international students with Chellah Chanda, Mweemba Mupondwa and Daramola Olaulu each scoring two goals and Li Zheng Yu and Chen Yi Fei getting a goal each. The man of the match award was given to Daramola for his amazing display on the day, scoring two goals and assisting two more.

The match ended at 4:45pm and it was all smiles and handshakes all round with a group pictures to close the day. The success of the competition not only let the students feel the fun brought by sports, but also increased the communication between Chinese and foreign students, and enhanced the friendship between them.
