On March 7, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., our college successfully held the 6th Girls Day for International girl Students. More than 60 girl students from Asia, Africa and Oceania gathered in front of the lobby of Building 15 of the dormitory for a lively and interesting game of bench grabbing and two-person tripod.
First of all, the game of bench grabbing was carried out. International students danced around the chairs while walking along with the music, once the music stops, students have to grab their own bench. During the whole game, participants and spectators laughed constantly. The next program is a more exciting game called two-person tripod. Some foreign students cooperate with their partners well, while others lack tacit understanding. The interesting scene won cheers from audience. At the end of the competition, the teacher held an award ceremony for the winners, pushing the atmosphere of the event to a climax. All the competitors and spectators received a small gift.
This activity advocates a healthy and positive way of life for girl students abroad. It also provides a platform for students to communicate outside class, and promotes the interaction and exchange between teachers and students. At the same time, a large number of boys expressed the hope that the college would also hold activities for boys. So far, this year's Girls' Day has been a great success, with girls looking forward to next year's Girls' Day activities.
