1. The expert review should be arranged by the postgraduate’s respective department.

2. The format of the thesis must follow the Requirements for Thesis Format (Attachment 01). The cover of the thesis should refer to the Cover Page Sample (Attachment 02). In the thesis, the names of the university, the postgraduate, and the tutor or anything revealing any information about the postgraduate and the tutor are required to be deleted.

3. At least 3 experts with the tile of professor are required to review the doctoral thesis, including at least 1 expert outside the Xuzhou Medical University and at least 1 doctoral tutor. At least 3 experts with the tile of associate professor or above are required to review the master thesis, including at least 1 expert outside the Xuzhou Medical University and at least 1 master tutor. The postgraduate’s tutor cannot act as a reviewer of the thesis

4. Among the reviewers,2 of them are required to fill the Professional Appraisal Table (Doctoral Thesis: Attachment 03; Master Thesis: Attachment 04)and 1 of them is required to fill theStatistical Appraisal Table (Doctoral Thesis: Attachment 05; Master Thesis: Attachment 06). The format of the Appraisal Tables should refer to theProfessional Appraisal Table Template (Doctoral Thesis: Attachment 07; Master Thesis: Attachment 08) and Statistical Appraisal Table Template (Doctoral Thesis: Attachment 09; Master Thesis: Attachment 10).

5. Non-blind review experts are not allowed to participate in the graduate’s defense committee.

6. The deadline for sending academic thesis for expert review is suggested to be end of March/September.

7.1 copy of the academic thesis is required to be submitted to School of International Education.
