（1）Psychological speech contest

1. Participants: students from all departments of the University.

2. Entry requirements: take "growing towards the sun" as the theme, and the specific topic can be made by yourself; The content can be centered on the psychological development of college students and the adjustment of psychological problems, which is positive and rich in emotion, so as to achieve the unity of ideological, professional and artistic; The works must be original by the contestants, and the genres are not limited. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; The duration of the work is 3-4 minutes, which can be participated by individuals or teams (less than 4 people); Use any recording software to make a complete audio file and configure background music.

3. Submission of works: one copy of speech audio and one copy of speech manuscript (word version - Chinese and English, with student number, student name and contact information indicated at the end of the text) shall be submitted; Each material is named "student number + student name + psychological speech contest" and sent to the designated email address: 100002017042@xzhmu.edu.cn .

（2）Psychological painting competition

1. Participants: students from all departments of the University.

2. Work requirements: take "thank you for being here" as the theme, healthy and positive, must be the original hand-painted works of the contestants, can not use software production, strictly prohibit plagiarism; The paper size of the work is standard A4 paper, and the University, class, name and contact information are indicated at the bottom right of the work.

3.Submission of works: each material is named "student number + student name + psychological painting contest" and sent to the designated email address: 100002017042@xzhmu.edu.cn .

The deadline for the above two activities is May 31, 2021. The college will select excellent works to participate in the school level competition, and also have the opportunity to be recommended to Jiangsu Province to participate in the competition. Students who are interested are welcome to participate actively.
